1. GEOFFREY KEY - "KEY WORKS" EXHIBITION

The Geoff Key exhibition will open on Thursday 15th May at our Hale gallery. A champagne reception will be held between 6-9pm. All are welcome. A 36 page catalogue accompanies the show, contact the gallery if you are not on the mailing list. Geoff's new book "Oil Paintings" will be launched at the show and Geoff will be on hand to sign copies.

2. NEW THEODORE MAJOR BOOK

The new book on the life and work of Theodore Major "Vision Splendid" by Mary Major and June Rose is now available for sale in the gallery at £35. A Commemorative Exhibition of Major's work is currently being held at Oldham Art Gallery.

2. THEFT OF PAINTINGS FROM HALE GALLERY (27/9/06)

In the early hours of Wednesday 27th September, 16 paintings were stolen from the Clark Art Gallery in Hale, Cheshire. Details as follows:
